Refund Policy

Every plan is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’ve genuinely worked through the material and don’t feel more prepared for the NAATI CCL Tamil test, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund — no debate.

You can also cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing and keeps access until the end of your current period. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

To request a refund, email [email protected] from the address on your account.
